Day 1: Arrival in Launceston
Arrive in Launceston prior to 5pm.
Check in commences at 3pm.
Welcome Wine - 5pm and Dinner to Meet your new friends
Take a leisurely stroll around the City Park in the evening
Day 2: Cradle Mountain Day Trip (From Launceston)
Early Start: Drive to Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park (approximately 2.5 hours from Launceston).
Hike the Dove Lake Circuit (6 km loop, around 2-3 hours). This moderate trail offers spectacular views of Cradle Mountain, and you'll be able to explore the rugged landscapes around Dove Lake.
Cradle Mountain Summit (12.8 km return, 6-7 hours), which is a more challenging hike that takes you to the top of Cradle Mountain for panoramic views.
Return to Launceston in the evening.
Day 3: Bay of Fires & Wineglass Bay
Early Morning: Head to the Bay of Fires for a stunning coastal walk. Spend a couple of hours exploring this beautiful stretch of beach with crystal-clear waters and white sand.
Drive to Freycinet National Park (approximately 2 hours from Bay of Fires).
Hike to Wineglass Bay Lookout (2-3 hours). The moderate hike to the lookout offers jaw-dropping views over the crescent-shaped bay.
Wineglass Bay Beach (5.5 km return) for a longer walk. Enjoy a swim or relax on the beach.
Return to Launceston in the evening.
Day 4: Transfer to Hobart + Mount Wellington
Morning: Check-out of your accommodation in Launceston after breakfast and drive to Hobart (approximately 2.5 hours).
Afternoon: Head straight to Mount Wellington for a short but rewarding hike
The Organ Pipes Track (4 km return, 2 hours) for stunning views of Hobart and the surrounding area. The rock formations and sweeping panoramas.
Evening: Relax in Hobart and explore the waterfront area and join us for dinner
Day 5: South Bruny Island
Early Morning: Catch a ferry to Bruny Island from Kettering (about 30 minutes south of Hobart).
Adventure Bay Walk: Start with the Fluted Cape Walk (3 km, 1.5-2 hours). This hike leads you to dramatic cliffs with views of the coastline. In Addition, we take the Cape Bruny Lighthouse Walk (2 km loop, 1 hour) for beautiful coastal views.
Enjoy the island’s natural beauty, and sample local food like oysters and cheese.
Return to Hobart by ferry in the evening.
Day 6: Tasman Peninsula – Cape Huay Track
Morning: Take a day trip to Tasman Peninsula (about 1.5 hours from Hobart).
Hike the Cape Huay Track (4.4 km, 3 hours return). This spectacular coastal track gives you views of cliffs and sea stacks, including the famous Totem Pole.
Short hike to Remarkable Cave Return to Hobart in the evening.
Day 7: Mount Field National Park & Return Home
Morning: Head out early to Mount Field National Park (about 1 hour from Hobart).
Hike the Russell Falls and Horseshoe Falls Loop (3 km, 1 hour). This is an easy but stunning walk-through lush forests and past waterfalls.
