Day 1: Arrival and Queenstown Exploration
Arrive in Queenstown: Walk around the town. Queenstown is surrounded by Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range, making it a scenic spot to relax and get ready for the hikes.
Explore Queenstown: Visit the Queenstown Gardens, enjoy the views along the lakefront.
Join us for our welcome wine
Day 2: Ben Lomond Track
Drive to the Skyline Gondola Base: Start our hike by taking the Skyline Gondola or walking to the trailhead.
Ben Lomond Track: This is a challenging hike (14.5 km, 6–8 hours) that takes us up to the summit of Ben Lomond (1,748 meters), where we’ll be treated to spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown, and the surrounding peaks. The hike is steep and rugged but incredibly rewarding.
Return to Queenstown: After the hike, relax in town
Day 3: Routeburn Track (Day Trip to Routeburn Flats)
Drive to the Routeburn Track: Drive to the trailhead (about 1 hour from Queenstown) and start our hike.
Routeburn Flats:
Return to Queenstown: After our hike, head back to Queenstown.
Day 4: Glenorchy and Paradise Valley (Day Hike to Diamond Lake and Lake Alta)
Drive to Glenorchy: Take a scenic drive (45 minutes) to Glenorchy, located at the northern end of Lake Wakatipu.
Diamond Lake and Lake Alta: Hike the 10 km loop track (4-5 hours) to Diamond Lake, which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and then hike to Lake Alta The views of the mountains, including the Remarkable, are spectacular.
Return to Queenstown: Head back to Queenstown in the evening.
Day 5: The Kepler Track (Day Trip to Brod Bay)
Drive to Te Anau: The Kepler Track starts in Te Anau (about 2 hours from Queenstown),
Brod Bay: Hike to Brod Bay (14 km return, 4–5 hours) from the Kepler Track's control gates. This section offers a great mix of beech forest, lake views, and mountain landscapes. It’s an easy-to-moderate hike.
Return to Queenstown: After our hike, head back to Queenstown.
Day 6: Milford Sound and Key Summit (Day Trip)
Drive to Milford Sound: While it's a long drive (around 4-5 hours), a trip to Milford Sound is well worth it. The drive through Fiordland National Park is incredibly scenic.
Key Summit Hike: On the way to Milford Sound, stop for a 3-4 hour return hike to Key Summit (7.5 km), which is a section of the famous Routeburn Track. From the summit, enjoy stunning views of Lake Marian, Mount Ailsa, and the surrounding mountains.
Milford Sound: After the hike, continue to Milford Sound, where we can enjoy the views of the fjord
Return to Queenstown: It’s a long day, so expect to return to Queenstown in the evening.
Day 7: Queenstown Hill
Queenstown Hill: For our last hike, take the 1.5–2-hour loop trail to the top of Queenstown Hill. The trail is relatively easy and offers fantastic panoramic views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and the surrounding mountains.
Relax in Queenstown: After our hike, enjoy some last-minute sightseeing, shopping, or a relaxing time by the lake before our departure.
Day 8 - Travel Day
After breakfast, say goodbye to our new friends as we return to Queenstown airport after breakfast. Please book flights for after 12pm
Total Early Bird price is - $5590 AUD - SOLO - single occupancy.

Remaining due 90 days prior to departure $5090 - due 31st October 2025.
