A beautiful welcome to set the tone of the weekend. Introductions, breathwork, and a gentle mindfulness exercise to land in the space. Set personal intentions.

Explore limiting beliefs, self-talk, and self-perception. Guided journaling, partner exercises, and facilitated discussion to start shifting internal narratives.

11:30am – 12:30pm | Cultivate Kindness (Within & Outward)
Learn to practice radical self-compassion and extend kindness in your relationships and environments. Includes a heart-opening meditation and gentle group sharing.

12:30pm – 1:00pm | Lunch Break
Nourish your body. Enjoy light refreshments and connect informally with fellow participants.
1:00pm – 2:00pm | Growing Our Mindset
Dive into the science of a growth mindset and how to apply it in everyday life. Interactive activity: reframe a personal “failure” into a foundation for growth.

2:00pm – 3:00pm | Breaking Bad Habits & Forming New Ones
Understand habit loops, triggers, and willpower fatigue. Tools from positive psychology to gently shift behaviour. Group activity: create a “habit remix” plan.

3:00pm – 4:30pm | Unleash Your Inner Goddess
This signature session is about embodiment, sensuality, and reclaiming joy. Includes movement, mirror work, and a goddess invocation practice.
🌺 “She’s not lost — she’s waking up.”
4:30pm – 5:00pm | Questions + Day 1 Close
Open Q&A, space for reflection, and sharing. Anchor the day's insights with a grounding ritual.

6:00pm – 7:30pm | Wine & Wellness – BYO Wine
A relaxed social circle under the stars. Optional card prompts for deep convos, laughter, and connection.

9:30am – 10:00am | Day 2 Opening & Reflection Circle
Gentle movement + morning grounding. Reflection journaling on what shifted overnight. Group sharing (voluntary).

10:00am – 12:00pm | Focus On Your Strengths
A deep-dive into signature strengths using tools from Positive Psychology. Group activity: strength spotting, affirmation building, and celebration.
🌟 “You shine brightest when you’re fully you.”
12:00pm – 12:30pm | Lunch Break
A light, uplifting break to recharge before the final transformational sessions.
12:30pm – 1:30pm | Intrinsic vs. Extrinsic Motivation
Explore what truly drives you. Identify where you’re chasing approval vs. acting from alignment. Includes a “values-mapping” exercise.

1:30pm – 3:00pm | Fall In Love With You
A heart-centered session with visualisation, journaling, and self-love rituals. Write a love letter to yourself. Option to read aloud or share reflections.
💖 “The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for everything else.”
3:00pm – 3:30pm | Closing Circle + Q&A
Final questions, gratitude circle, and take-home intentions. Gentle grounding to integrate the weekend and release what’s no longer needed.

Kell has her Graduate Certificate in Positive Psychology and is working towards her Masters in Positive Psychology and Masters in Counselling amongst many other exciting degrees. xo
