DAY 1 – Welcome to Queenstown!Arrive by 5:00 PM
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted at Queenstown Airport and transferred to our cozy alpine hotel — your base for the week. Get settled, take in the mountain views, and relax after your journey.
Evening
Welcome Reception by the Pool (5:30 PM)
Enjoy a complimentary wine, beer, or soft drink as you meet your trip leaders and fellow travelers. The poolside area offers a perfect first look at the stunning mountain backdrop.
Group Dinner (7:00 PM)
Gather with the group for a casual welcome dinner at the hotel restaurant. Enjoy hearty, seasonal local dishes and raise a glass (wine, beer, or soft drink included) to the week ahead!
DAY 2 – First Day on the Slopes Morning
Enjoy a full hot and cold breakfast buffet at the hotel. Options include eggs, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and coffee/tea.
8:00 AM
Shuttle departs for The Remarkables Ski Resort – a scenic 40-minute ride through alpine terrain. Your pass will be ready to go, and rental gear (if pre-arranged) will be sorted quickly.
4:00 PM
Shuttle returns to hotel. Time to relax, warm up in the lounge, or take a dip in the hot tub.
Evening
Wind down with a delicious group dinner. Swap stories from the slopes, share photos, and fuel up for another day of skiing or snowboarding!
DAY 3 – Ski & Explore MoreMorning
Another hearty breakfast to start your day right.
8:00 AM – Shuttle back to The Remarkables
Spend the day hitting new trails, taking a ski lesson, or just soaking up the snow-covered views from the chairlift.
4:00 PM – Return to hotel
Optional: Enjoy some après-ski drinks at a local bar, or unwind with a massage at a nearby spa (additional cost).
Evening
Dinner at the hotel, included and delicious as always!
DAY 4 – Final Ski Day & Farewell Vibes Morning
Breakfast with mountain views. Don’t forget to pack a few snacks for the slopes!
8:00 AM – Head to The Remarkables for your final day
Make the most of your last runs! Try a new trail, take some photos, or just chill at the summit café with a hot choccy.
4:00 PM – Return to hotel
Evening – Farewell Dinner
Celebrate the week with a special group meal. We’ll toast to new friends, snowy memories, and the adventures ahead. Expect laughter, photos, and maybe a group selfie or two.
DAY 5 – Departure Day Morning
Enjoy a final breakfast together before check-out. Say your goodbyes (or make plans to reunite on your next trip!)

Hotel shuttles to Queenstown Airport will run throughout the morning, based on your flight time.
Total Early Bird price is - $3490- SOLO - single occupancy.
Solo travel deposit - $500
